    A live 3 session virtual group, 50 to 65 minutes each, offering a more detailed and layered understanding of your brain, body and how it is impacted by stress, trauma and every day modern life. This series offers deep understanding of the nervous system, grounded in somatic wisdom and updated neuroscience.

    Each session begins with a grounded practice and ends with reflection, with 1 to 3 new somatic skills practiced each time, so you leave with a stronger understanding and practical ways to work with stress and experience in daily life.

    This series is supportive in allowing you to show up in the way that feels best for you, camera and participation always optional.
