Don’t Know Where to Start?

Still Curious?

Somatic work helps you understand what your body is doing in real time, so your reactions start to make sense. When you can recognize how stress shows up, you can respond more directly instead of feeling stuck in it.

This isn’t about being calm all the time. It’s about building enough flexibility in your system to move through stress and come back out of it.

What is Somatic Experiencing?

Somatic Experiencing is a body based approach to working with stress and trauma. It focuses on how the nervous system organizes experience through sensation, movement, and physiology, helping you recognize what your body is doing and how to support it.

How I work

I am a licensed clinical social worker with advanced training in trauma, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, and parts work.

I draw from this clinical training and translate it into somatic education and practical tools you can use in daily life.

My work also integrates modern neuroscience, particularly predictive processing, so you’re not just using tools, you’re understanding how your brain and body are working together, why patterns repeat, and how they can change.

A clear way to understand your system and start working with it in daily life.
