Melizza R. Esperanza, LCSW

Melizza is a licensed clinical social worker and somatic practitioner. She has over 15 years of clinical experience in supporting people navigating mental health conditions, end of life, grief, chronic illness, and trauma. Melizza is committed to lifelong learning and sharing knowledge in an accessible way. She has is currently in advanced level training in Somatic Experiencing and has also completed trainings in Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and working with adult children of emotionally immature parents/caregivers.
