A space to slow down, reconnect, and learn the language of your body
Somatic Support Sessions are one-on-one therapeutic sessions designed to help you understand and support your nervous system. These sessions are not psychotherapy. They are an opportunity to explore what safety, rest, and connection can feel like in your body. Together, we focus on awareness, skill building, and gentle practice to help you navigate stress and return to balance.
I am a licensed therapist and currently in advanced training to become a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. My work draws from this training as well as years of experience supporting individuals in building nervous system awareness and resilience.
As a Latine therapist, part of my calling is to bring these tools to our community and beyond. Somatic work belongs to all of us. It is for anyone who wants to live with more ease, presence, and compassion toward themselves and others.

What to Expect
Each session begins with grounding and orienting to the present moment. From there, we explore how your body communicates through sensations, movement, and breath. You will learn to recognize early signs of activation, understand what your system needs, and practice simple tools that support regulation.
Our work may include gentle movement, guided awareness, breathwork, or visualization. Every session moves at your pace and honors your capacity. The goal is not to force calm but to help your body rediscover it naturally.
Investment
Each session is 50 minutes and held virtually.
Rate: $150 per session or $125 per session for a six-session package.
Sliding Scale: Available upon request, please email hello@soulysombra.com and sliding scale rates will be provided. You are welcome to choose the rate that feels sustainable for you. These sessions are therapeutic and supportive but non-clinical, so I do not accept insurance.
The Goal
Somatic Support helps you understand how your nervous system works and teaches you how to support it in daily life. The work can be deeply therapeutic and healing, but it is not psychotherapy. It is an opportunity to grow awareness, practice regulation, and build trust in your body’s ability to find its way back to steadiness.
