Therapy offers a safe and collaborative space to explore what’s happening in your life, body, and relationships. Together, we work to understand patterns, process emotions, and build skills for greater regulation, connection, and meaning. My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing®, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support healing at both the cognitive and nervous system levels.
