How I Manifest
Okay, I may not be your traditional manifesting type, but I definitely have my version of manifesting.
Here is how I authentically try to align myself with my dreams, desires, and goals.
First, I make a list of what I want. Then I start jotting down a few things I can do to move toward it. Not a rigid how, exactly, but what might happen, what I might choose, or what may need to unfold along the way. It helps bring in more clarity.
Once I have the list, I organize it in an order that makes sense. What might arrive first? What is likely to come later? From there, I create a storyline about how it might all play out.
Once I have a sense of how this could come into fruition, I play a song that feels connected to the list and review it over and over. Sometimes I say the story out loud. Sometimes I say it in my mind. Sometimes I record it as a voice memo with the song softly playing in the background. And sometimes I add tarot cards that channel the energy of the storyline.
After I’ve done that, I usually have a sense of how the story feels.
I write down everything I notice: sensations, imagery, behavior, body language, thoughts, attitudes, emotions, all of it. Then I land on a few items. Sometimes it’s a phrase. Sometimes it’s an image. Sometimes it’s a few words that symbolize and encapsulate the whole thing.
I write those words down. I collage an image if that is what came through. Then I put it somewhere visible, maybe as a screen saver or in a few places in my home, so I can see it multiple times a day.
And that is how I manifest.
Nothing organized for any particular reason, other than it resonates with me.
But the most important part of all of this is noticing when I land on an emotion, sensation, posture, or experience that links back to my storyline. I go as deep as I can into that glimmer, because to me, that is proof that I can have my deepest desires.
Even if they don’t fully come true in the exact way I imagined, in that moment maybe they actually did.
Even if only a little.
